We employ a team of dedicated and experienced Work Supporters, who guide and enable participants to reach their full potential during work-based activities. It is essential that Work Supporters provide light support and guidance throughout the activities while enabling the participants to explore and develop at their own pace. Our support staff have a wide range of skills including gardening, sewing, card making and woodworking as well as an understanding of autism and learning needs of our participants. Staff support our participants and help them to understand what work means and how to be part of a work environment.
