We hope you enjoy your purchase of our hand crafted products. Being hand crafted means each item will be slightly different, they are truly original. We thank you for supporting our wonderful world of work and we know that by buying from us you understand how purposeful activity is vital for well being!

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 14 days to return the items to us. But before you do this, we would like to say a big thank you for your purchase and your support!  Simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.

For products purchased online, by mail or by phone you have 14 days of receiving your purchase to inform us that you want to cancel – please email or call us.  You then have another 14 days to return the goods once you told us of your intention to return the item. Simply return your purchase to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.

We will refund your purchase in full within 14 days of receiving the goods back. You don’t have to provide a reason for returning your purchase; however it would be very helpful for us to know your reason as our team would like to ensure we understand what our customers value. You can let us know on the returns form, or by email or call us – we enjoy speaking to our customers!

Some helpful information:

• You may cancel an order at any time prior to our posting it to you.
• Please return items unused and in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, including postage.
• Alternatively, why not choose something else from our unique range of products and we will exchange the item and post to you free of charge!
• The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

We know you will understand that commissioned and made-to-order products can take up to 30 days to make and therefore delivery will take longer. If you need your order to be made faster, please phone or email us to find out if we will be able to send your order faster!
